We’re looking for a creative, kick-a*$ content writer to help us develop a training program that will inspire a team of the best and the brightest.

If you love turning super complicated processes into easy-to-understand content, you strive to build creativity and innovation into the learning process, and you’re passionate and intrigued about the way employees learn and grow, this is the perfect position for you.

In this role, you will be developing training and learning programs for our company managers and employees by drawing on different trends in cognitive learning ﹘ gamification, training workshops, social learning, employee development training, learning portals, skills assessment programs, etc. The ideal candidate would be learning-obsessed and have experience in creating creative leadership development programs in the past.



  • Build a unique training program for Hello Innovation that inspires employees and is in support of our brand values, vision, beliefs and mission.
  • Create all of the content to support a training program that reinforces our company initiatives. This may include training manuals, activities, worksheets, workshops, online training programs, etc.
  • Integrate adult learning and development theories into multi-platform training initiatives for new and current employees



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in both visual and written communication)
  • The ability to turn complicated, complex information into chunked-up, easy-to-understand content
  • Integrate creativity, fun and innovation into learning development
  • The ability to write content in a way that inspires and drives people to take action
  • Experience in talent learning, development and training is a plus


*This position can be remote or in-house if you live in the Detroit area.
