At Hello Innovation, our story is the stuff of legend…

We own and operate a strong set of businesses powered by innovation and change. We are disruptive by design and love solving the world’s toughest business challenges. It’s in our DNA to change the world and improve lives through our portfolio of companies.

Intrigued? You should be. If you’re ready to be inspired, challenged and leave work everyday knowing you did the best damn work of your life, you’ve come to the right place.

Are you a detail-oriented digital asset manager that lives and breathes structuring and organizing information? Do content frameworks turn you on? Do you love creating repeatable systems of organizing, creating and managing information? If you answered yes, then we want to talk.

We’re looking for a super organized Digital Asset Manager to help us create and maintain a repeatable, scalable digital asset framework and structure for all of our content types. A quick background on us: While we may have just gotten started 15 years ago, our products have grown quickly to touch 35 million people a month… and we’re still growing faster than ever. But in the middle of that quick growth, our digital assets became scattered. Long story short, we’re looking for a digital asset ninja to help us manage the information that we have and help create structure around out content, so we can continue to work better and faster.

This position requires someone with a black belt in asset management who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and has an entrepreneurial spirit of building things. You truly have the opportunity to be at the center of it all and shape our future, as you architect and build a repeatable system for organizing everything - from internal intranets to entire organizational frameworks.

But this position isn't for everyone… If you’re not obsessed with managing and organizing digital assets, data management structures, or the psychology behind data organization, this may not be the role for you.

  • You must have expert-level knowledge in data cleanup, enterprise content management, taxonomies and file tagging
  • You must have experience in bringing structure and clarity to file chaos
  • You must have a good understanding of file management best practices and experience in shaping data organization structures
  • You must have a solid understanding of organizational processes and how to engineer for collaboration and innovation
  • You must be a great communicator and clarity focused. Someone who can see it, get it, and communicate it well
  • You must be able to provide online portfolio, email templates, or other work samples demonstrating relevant experience
  • Experience with organizing Mindmaps, Confluence, Jira and Google Drive is a plus

  • Flexible Work Schedule
  • The Opportunity to Grow
  • Great Benefits - Including Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k)
  • Generous Paid Time Off
  • Lunch and Snacks
  • Travel To Industry Conferences
  • A ‘Come As You Are’ Work Environment
